COTRUST multiple robots system control solution,it use CPU C37 motion controller as the main control unit. CPU C37 use Cortex A8 1Ghz chip, fast computing speed,support CNC function and multiple robots calculation.Through EtherCAT bus communication mode C37 controller connect to COTRUST new product absolute value H1A series servo drive, cooperation with EtherCAT remote IO module, all of them constitute a robots control system.On this basis, through EtherCAT bus can continue to expand external axes, so the solution can be widely used in robot assembly line.

方案特點:
1. CTH3-C37型運動控制器以Cortex-A8 1GHz處理器爲硬件架購,提供強大的運算性能(néng),實現複雜的機器人控制。
2. 基于運動功能(néng)強大的CoDesys系統軟件架構,提供多種(zhǒng)PLC的編程方式,集成(chéng)Softmotion+CNC功能(néng)。
3. 支持多種(zhǒng)機器人模型功能(néng)塊,包括龍門式、并聯機器人、六關節機器算法等,支持多插補和聯動軸,單控制器可控制多台機器人。
4. 良好(hǎo)的人機交互可編程示教,支持人機界面(miàn)控件運動軌迹文件導入及實時運行三維立體坐标監視。
5. 100 Mbps EtherCAT總線,實現運動控制器與H系列伺服系統之間高速通信,可組成(chéng)冗餘的通信環網,使系統簡單可靠。
6. 兼容CTH3-C系列擴展模塊,55Mbps背闆總線可擴展數字量輸入輸出模塊、模拟量輸入輸出模塊、溫度模塊、通訊模塊、編碼器模塊、脈沖輸出模塊等。
7. Modbus TCP/IP以太網通訊,連接物聯網手機/平闆終端、遠程監控終端、人機界面(miàn)、視覺系統等,實現高速通信
